GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Last year, I noticed several women with beautiful lashes and inquired about who they went to. I asked a lot of questions, as I was hesitant to do my lashes in the first place...I wanted them done right. These ladies all said they went to Lashes on Broadway and raved about them. Now I get asked all the time about my lashes, both by friends and strangers, at the bank, school, starbucks, etc and I'm more than happy to spread the word about this gem.
The staff has always been warm, very friendly and professional. It's rare to find a business these days that has such great customer service, knows you by name, accommodates your needs, etc. It's one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The work they do on my lashes is fabulous and the price is great. I 'd consider myself to be a very picky and particular person (I know my husband and friends would agree lol) and I hesitate doing anything beauty/aesthetic related unless the people really "know their stuff." Early on, I'd been there a few times in the late hours when Amanda was training people from all over, and I also heard she now travels across the country to train others.
My only warning...having your lashes look this good can be an addiction lol

AMAZING JOB WITH MY LITTLE OR NO EYELASHES!
I walked in and Amanda made the time for me to get my lashes done! She texted her techs and Joann came quickly to do my lashes! The service was unbelievable and joann did an amazing job with my little to no eyelashes!! They are gorgeous and they don't look fake! They look natural which is what I was going for but they still make a difference where I won't need to worry about eye makeup for a while!! I will def. be going make to get refills!! You have made a customer for life!! If you guys are hesitant call them first they can give you a groupon pricing in shop if you haven't bought it yet. Full gorgeous set was only $89 dollars!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!
I love this place! I am a busy mother of two young children and an elementary school teacher who wanted to do something fun for me! I am so glad I did. My morning prep has been cut in half because my lashes are so pretty! They look natural and I look more awake! :) Mandy is my lash artist and she does an amazing job. Amanda is also awesome and has been so supportive in answering all my questions about lash extensions (I had a bunch!) If you are looking to do something fun for you, try lashes! You'll be amazed what lashes will do for you!

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! very friendly, welcoming and clean. I have been to a few other places and i can honestly say im not going anywhere after visiting lashes on broadway. You get what you pay for is certainly correct.:) I was an RN for 25 years and i think they do a great job keeping it sanitary! staff is always wiping down, sweeping and sanitizing it all. Keep up the great work!

BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIECE I EVER HAD!
I got lash extensions for the first time a couple of days ago. I called just for some quick information, but Amanda (the owner) explained to me everything I needed to know about lash extensions and made me feel so comfortable that I went ahead and booked an appointment - IMMEDIATELY.
My experience: I was greeted by the receptionist Charlie. She was adorable and very sweet. I had to fill out some quick paperwork since I was a newbie.
With only a 3 minute wait, I sat down with Amy (lash artist) and she asked me what I liked and what I was looking for. I didn't have an answer for her since I had no clue what I wanted. But she made some really great suggestions and I trusted her, so I just went with whatever she said. And my instincts were right, my lashes are amazing!!! It was very relaxing and it didn't hurt at all. In fact, I couldn't feel her putting them on. We chatted together the whole time and the time flew by.
Then later that afternoon, Amanda texted me to ask how my experience was. I thought that was awesome of her to follow up. Definitely the best customer experience I have ever had with any establishment. I am definitely coming back again.

I LOVE THE THOROUGHNESS!
Love Amanda and the techs at Lashes on Broadway. I have been to a couple other places and was disappointed with service. Amanda goes out of her way to make sure her customers are more than happy. I workout 6 days a week and am hard on my lashes, but they stay on for weeks! The salon is spotless, and I have never worried about germs or the techs passing on any illnesses to me. I love the thoroughness of service, with text message and email reminders of upcoming appointments. I highly recommend Lashes on Broadway!

My review disappeared so hopefully this one sticks, I was new to lashes and used to wear strips. I have been hooked ever since I got lashes on. This place is 5 star all the way. Sanitary and I love the salon. I come back every 3 weeks and I love my lashes. Amanda is wonderful and very accommodating. My previous girl that did my lashes first moved and Amanda was gracious enough to take me I know she has a lot on her plate. I have been very happy with the continued customer service. Every time I come in I feel like I am a part of the family. I recommend this business to every woman looking for beautiful lashes.

I've been getting my lashes done for over a year now with Lashes on Broadway. Every time I have come in, it's been a wonderful experience. EXCELLENT VOLUME LASHES!
I've been a veteran lash extension wearer for almost a decade now. I've had experience from all types of lash company, brands, glue, technician's skills, etc. LOB is fabulous in all categories - quality, service, professionalism, & pricing! Elyse is excellent especially if you want the volume lashes. The receptionists, Charlie & Taylor, are always very responsive & courteous.

LOOKED SO NATURAL!
Discovered this lash salon through a Groupon offer. Was greeted by Charlie, and after a short wait, Kathy introduced herself as my lash artist. I'd been getting my lashes applied at another salon about 25 miles away, so this procedure wasn't new to me. Kathy took the time to remove the old lashes before applying a partial set, about 25 lashes per eye. I usually nap during these applications, and this was no exception. I was so relaxed. Although Kathy had a personal appointment which cut into mine by about 10 minutes, she adjusted her schedule accordingly for me, the customer in order to do a good job! Very good customer service. The result was exactly what I wanted. The partial set looked so natural for my every day business. If I have a special event planned, however, I plan to get the full set. I bet it will make my eyes pop!

I got my lashes done for the holidays and couldn't be more addicted. Gina was a doll and she put me to sleep. I felt right at home. I was comfortable and she was very gentle. My lashes got a bunch of compliments. I will be back soon. I recommend Lashes on Broadway.

VERY HAPPY HUSBAND!
I had my lashes done about a week ago and they still look great. The lobby is very nice comfortable. I waited about 5 minutes and the young women who was going to do my lashes took me back I laid down and relaxed, almost fell asleep. She took her time I wanted a more natural set and that is exactly what I got. Very happy my husband told me how beautiful they are, and how they made my eyes pop.

Amanda truly is a lash artist! She is perfectionist, which is exactly what you want when it comes to your lashes. She takes her time and will customize your lashes based on what you are looking for. She will give you many tips and tricks for maintenance as well. My first trip to her was for my wedding, and then a refill for my honeymoon. It is fantastic to wake up and look fabulous!
LOVE MY LASHES!
I have gone to the San Juan Capo and San Clemente locations. I LOVE Lashes on Broadway. The techs are extremely knowledgeable and Amanda, the director, is AWESOME! I have been to many many places and this is by far the best place. In the past, the lashes would be bothersome and I would have to take them off after a month or so. With Amanda, I have had them on now for several months. I highly recommend Lashes on Broadway. I love my lashes. I love Amanda and her team!

A friend recommended I try Lashes on Broadway so i thought I would give it a shot and was really pleased with the great prices and customer service. I was previously going to another lash place but found that I was loosing lashes too quickly and would have to spend more time and money on fills. At Lashes on Broadway I can go about two and a half weeks before I really need a fill and the prices are more affordable for me. I also really appreciate how well Amanda, the owner, takes care of customers ensuring satisfaction. I'm so happy my friend recommended this place.

From the onset, I felt very comfortable with Amanda. She took her time to ask bout my expectations/desired outcome/look which was a breath of fresh air. She was very accommodating and always checked in to ensure I was comfortable. Once done, she went over maintenance and any potential areas of concern I may have. Best of all, my eyelashes LOOK AMAZING!!!!!! I will definitely be going back and would absolutely recommend their services.

LASHES EXCEED MY EXPECTATIONS!
This was my first experience with eyelash extensions and I am so happy I chose this company. They have three locations which makes it great for me. My artist is very flexible, works with my schedule and best of all she is OCD when it comes to making sure my lashes exceed my expectations. I am not easy to please so it really is nice to find someone I can trust with something that is really important to me.
