What Our Customers Say About Us!

REALLY FEEL SUPPORTED!

Everyone at Accessible, I just want to thank you and let you know that I have suggested someone to call you. I was in a very tight spot to arrange caregiving for my mother ( Anna ) starting the next day, because my brother was driving her to our house to live. We didn’t know where to turn. You were recommended by a neighbor who you had helped over the holidays when their dad came to visit and needed care. I hired you blindly hoping for the best. You guys are great, I don’t know what we would have done without you. Your information was excellent helping us to understand mom’s Alzheimer’s, and we really needed to start from the beginning having no experience. You helped us sort out our house so that mom would be safe, and your caregivers are so patient and kind. It is working well. Mom has settled in and although we can see that this is a big challenge. We really feel supported and we still have a life. Thank you Thank You

LIFTED EXREME BURDEN!

Dear Alya, We want to write and express our appreciation. Mom refused to come back to New York when she began to decline. “I wouldn’t leave an earthly paradise because you never know what is going to happen”, she said. It was really stressing myself and my siblings out. When my sister found you through your website I was frankly skeptical about choosing home health care on line, but you spent hours on the phone with each of us and I was impressed. Mom’s a real character isn’t she ? Stubborn, inflexible, set in her ways, but also amusing and creative. I don’t know how you do it, but you have gotten her to make changes that we never could. She always said, “ Medication like a yellow light was a suggestion”. When you sent photos of an uncluttered house I couldn’t believe it. Mom is a confirmed “gatherer of treasures” and there she sat, smiling in an organized living room. She says that she is pleased with her caregivers, and that is saying something. Well, the experience has been tremendous and has lifted an extreme burden off of myself and my siblings who wish to support our aging mother in a way that allows her to be as independent as she can be. A HELPER AND A FRIEND!

We were introduced to several potential caregivers at Accessible Health Care. There was one in particular who fit our criteria to a T ... and lived less than a mile from our home. When she interviewed we all hit it off ... The first week she took my wife to the movies which was something my Amy really missed doing and then to dinner. It was such a help that I could stay at work and get things accomplished without guilt. Our caregiver taught her a new card game, and helped her to answer email. She comes for a few days the each week, doing light housekeeping, laundry, playing cards and just keeping Amy company and providing socialization. It is such a relief. Amy has a helper and a friend, and I have a newly rediscovered lease on life

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE TRUSTWORTHY!

To Whom It May Concern,

We have been working with Alya Ross of Accessible Health Care of the Central Coast since Sept. 2, 2013.  She has provided exceptional service and has consistently proven to be trustworthy.

Our caregiving assignment is complex as my mother is paralyzed and in need of 24/7 care.  Alya expedited the process to return home safely from a skilled nursing facility.  We searched for a provider with a strong attention to detail and service-oriented mindset, and Alya has proved to be a winner!  She has successfully established a caregiver schedule with specific procedures to be completed in each shift which facilitates training and provides a high level of care.  All shifts are documented which provides seamless transitions between caregivers.

Alya is very "hands-on" in orientation and is quick to identify and resolve issues.  She has also been generous with her time and talents with all of the "extra's" that come with setting up a facility at home (i.e., researching medical equipment, stocking inventory of medical supplies, etc.).

Alya is very procedurally-oriented which enables our set-up to be a "well-oiled machine."  We've received feedback and compliments from doctors and nurses in the health care profession that they have "never seen anything like it" in terms of professionalism.

We are very pleased with Alya's service!
